Price list
Lawyer’s fees are primarily established by agreement with the client, with consideration to his/her needs and possibilities. This fee may be arranged as follows:
- Hourly rate – according to the amount of time expended on providing legal services
- Fixed fee – for executing the entire matter without consideration to the extent of time spent on the service
- Tariff fee – for the arranged period of time without consideration to the extent of time spent on the service and the number of tasks executed by the lawyer
- Fee for performance- according to the number of legal services performed by the lawyer
- Fee according to the value of the issue, which is the subject of the rendered legal service
- Shared fee – depending on the results of disputes
- A combination of two or more of the above stated methods
Unless a fee is stipulated by agreement, the total amount of the fee is governed by the Attorney’s tariff – Decree of the Ministry of Justice No. 177/1996 Coll. as amended. VAT is added to the fee.
